Where to Begin?

Check out this throwback blog post Here

Start with a beginners mindset. The freedom you have as a beginner allows for creativity and fairness to make mistakes until you know better. In a time like this where we’re asked to limit physical contact with others going back to the basics seemed like a great idea. I can’t encourage people enough to try something new or pick up something they tried earlier and failed at. Check out the link above to see an old blog of mine.

Should you choose to be a master of many things then get ready for a life of solitude and social distancing. Tenacity is underrated, I can’t stress it enough if you want to have made good on your skills. Consistency beats intensity. Sometimes I don’t know where to begin when the urge to create rises up. To get myself in the spirit I’ll use the same techniques that I practiced as a noob. It’s hard to go wrong with the fundamentals, I prefer to start off with no color and search for the lighting that appeals the most to the mood Im trying to convey.

Oftentimes times when starting out the universe is kind enough to deal us a bit of luck. One of the things that stunts my creativity is worrying about what people of me in a negative way. I understand this is just apart of the human condition. Even the Great Iron Mike Tyson talked about being at the height of his boxing career yet still experienced fear. He said that fear means you still have time life. the feeling of  fear just means that you’re still alive, once you lose that feeling your time is up. So beginners if you’re starting over, or starting something new remember to be bold and creative. I can attest to this because I have so many too many interests and I’ve started so many things. I hope my advice helps, now go make something cool today.
